7-Day Return Policy

1. Eligibility for Return:

• Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and with all original packaging, tags, and accessories included.

• Items that are damaged, altered, or show signs of use may not qualify for a return.

2. Non-Returnable Items:

• Items marked as “Final Sale” cannot be returned.

3. Return Process:

• To initiate a return, contact our Customer Support team at officiallymadeit2025@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order.

• Once your return is approved, you will receive instructions on how to send the item(s) back.

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.

4. Refunds:

• Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.

• Shipping fees are non-refundable.

5. Exchanges:

• Exchanges are subject to product availability. If you wish to exchange your item, please specify the desired replacement during the return process.
